Key Information:

• The GigaTV mobile app is exclusively compatible with the GigaTV Cable Box 2; other Vodafone TV boxes are not supported.
• Existing GigaTV customers with a GigaTV Cable Box 2 can sign in to the app using their "MeinKabel" or "MeinVodafone" credentials.
• A smartphone or tablet with internet connectivity is required for app usage.
• The GigaTV mobile app is available in Germany and all EU member states, requiring an appropriate mobile device with internet connectivity. Usage may incur additional charges.

Note that up to three devices can be registered with the Vodafone GigaTV mobile app, allowing content access on a maximum of two mobile receiving devices concurrently. Different channel availability may apply between the GigaTV Cable Box and the app based on the connection used (Wi-Fi, mobile network).

Please be aware that ad blockers and anti-tracking apps could impede access to the service and lead to varied error messages.
